I would presume that like most top clubs there is a waiting list for season tickets. Are you club members?

Just Google it. Even if there are any on sale, the waiting time is easily 10 years, maybe 15 or more.

To be honest I thought it would be longer.

Liverpool's season ticket waiting list has been renowned for many decades as being the longest in this country. Combine this with a very loyal fan base with extremely high retention rates of season ticket holders and I think you'll find that unless you get on the list at birth then your chances of obtaining a Liverpool season ticket are almost impossible.

You should probably look into Liverpool membership or becoming friendly with someone that has corporate hospitality.

Not unusual, Tottenhams was over ten years although it improved slightly with the opening of the new stadium giving more capacity. Demand far outstrips supply but once they start clamping down on people passing season tickets down through family generations it will improve slightly.

In theory the waiting lists are 10 years but in reality they can be a lot less if you don't mind where you sit or how much you pay.

At Tottenham and I'm sure it's the same at most Premier League clubs the waiting list numbers are very false, it's been estimated that only between 10 and 20% of members actually take up a season ticket if offered, the rest are only members just so they get a priority window to buy tickets. Me and son 1 have two long standing season tickets and sons 2 and 3 are members so we share the season tickets between us and if there's a game we all want to go to they can buy 2 more in the priority window. I think there has only been one game where they couldn't get any extras. The last season before lockdown when they added more seats they both got offered season tickets but we declined and again before the start of this season and they are both around 20,000 on the waiting list!!!
