It's probably years old, but by accident I came across it on iPlayer, under the Storeyville series.
The story of the events leading up to the death of Pablo Escobar, drug lord, in December 93, and Colombian football team Captain Andres Escobar in 94, following his own goal at the world cup. Just a brilliant film, and very sad.
Recommended for all fans. That Colombian team of 92-94 were something else, Valderama, Higita, Escobar, Rincon and of course Asprilla, who went on to be a star at Newcastle.
In the final game of the S.American qualifying group, They had to play Argentina away. Argentina needed to win to qualify automatically, and Colombia only needed a draw to qualify automatically in Argentina's place, and avoid the play off. If you don't want to know the score, look away now
