The '69 FA Cup Final was the first FA Cup final I really remember watching, with City playing in their vertical striped 'away' strip, and with the great Colin Bell, Mike Summerbee & Fanny Lee trio.

Sorry to see this, i used to go to Maine road as a small nipper with my junior blues scarf on etc, Colin was one of the stars of the team. It was a great time as a City supporter as United were properly down on their luck at the time.

RIP Colin, a great player.
