ITV Clive Tyldseley to be replaced with Sam Matterface

ITV are replacing Clive Tyldseley with Sam Matterface from TalkSport radio. I never listen to TalkSport so I don't know if he's any good? Seems Tyldseley is baffled by the decision.

Matterface is also the voice of ITV's ice-dance bks, so presumably he's on a different deal.

I listen to him on TalkSport commentaries - he's fine.

Nothing's forever re football, CT must realise that.

He is 65 which is the normal male retirement age.

Sam Matterface is very good, as was CT. Things move on, and ITV want to freshen things up. Good for them.
