Wonder how Liverpool will do tonight, and get on on Sunday....! Will the nerves get to City...?!
Not bad I did try .
Any Liverpool fans on here reading this i'd just like to say bloody well done for last night.
What a great game you chaps played.
Also i'd like to wish Mr Blib good luck with his pops .
Serious question,
Liverpool were brilliant last, night. They made Barca look ordinary.
However, you’d struggle to argue LFC are better than City, This season they’ve been as good, last season not so much.
This doesn’t alter the fact this is their 2nd consecutive final,(in fact theyve got to be favourites now) and we’ve had our 2nd consecutive exit at the quarters.
Why’s this?
Don’t argue they’ve got more spirit because we’ve proved numerous times we can overcome the odds. Is it the Anfield atmosphere? But both exit nights at the Etihad have been right up there.
What’s going on?

Was discussing this last night with the missus (a Manc and part time City fan).
Only explanation I had was Pep is too stubborn and will only play his way regardless of opposition and situation. OK he tinkers but not much.
When you have Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, or in the EPL, it doesn’t matter too much but in Europe you might equally good or very different opposition - and maybe the lack of flexibility costs you?
Just a theory

Don't take this the wrong way but...
Which City players genuinely love the club? Kompany? Aguero? Silva possibly?
Genuine question.
I'd say Liverpool have more players who love their club than City and that has a bearing on performances like last night.
Henderson and TAA are obvious ones. VVD didn't want to play anywhere else before he signed. Same with Ox. Robertson still can't believe he was signed by us and is living the dream. Lovren and Firmino are virtual scousers now. Milner is totally invested in the club too as evidenced by his tears last night.
And obviously all the above applies to our manager too. He's a perfect fit for us. I'd wager his affection for Liverpool is as strong as it is for Dortmund.
City will never be as important to Pep as Barcelona.
It's that togetherness that sees us score late goals, only lose 1 league game, get to back to back CL finals and overcome 3-0 deficits IMO.
