England football coaching game ?

Last week, when the England football team were on the news, they were playing a team game at training which involved about 5or6 players holding hands and another trying to tag them.

Does anyone know what coaching game this is ? I coach under 14/15 and wanted to use it if it’s suitable for that age group.

Was it really this ? How do they use it for coaching ? Or just a bit of fun ?
