Football and booking question
Discussion
I'm not really into football but one thing I do not understand is, on a foul by a player, why isn't there a differentiation between a yellow and red card for a player already booked?
For example, player commits a foul of moderate severity resulting in a yellow card.
Player does another foul, this time the worst foul possible (leg high, player off the ball, etc), or even a headbutt - this would result in a red cars for a player not booked in the match
In football, if a booked player does a foul like that, they get a second yellow and red and not a straight red? Why is that?
