Streaming Internationals from Middle East - what site?

Hi, can anyone recommend a web steaming site that I can watch football on from outside the U.K.?

I'm currently in the Middle East on business, but I don't think that matters.

I want to watch the Scotland game, but BBC and Sky don't work.

Never heard of that other browser.

Have just managed to get skygo and STV, but only on my iphone.
