Obviously the referee is out of line but the whole situation develops from the aggrieved team surrounding the referee in an aggresive way. This has got to be stamped out of the game, here and everywhere else.
The captain should be the only one to be allowed to approach the ref to discuss a decision, and I'm not even sure there's a need for that. Just take the decision on the chin and get on with it.
