It’s massively frustrating when a team and manager seem completely oblivious to their own stness after scraping through against lower opposition.

On form Switzerland will annihilate then

World class to many here whom will call one a troll when they read a comment they don't like. Delusional.
The fact you know FA about football is actually shining bright. Why do you watch, so you can troll? We were poor, but we WON and no amount of miserable bhy comments from you will change that. Go and eat a hat, your glass is always half empty.

I thought there was more chance of that guy missing in Tenerife turning up than winning at 95 minutes.

He started the wrong line up yet again, when will Southgate learn.

Cole palmer has to start next game.

I think the only thing we have close to Switzerland next game is the Swiss cheese in our defence!

Dunno if you're trolling or not, but you're fking boring.
A very neanderthal response.
But spot on.

Cole Palmer had little impact really.

So 4 games in, how do you actually pick a team now?

Keeper and the 2 x CBs stay for continuity and lack of options, but the other 9 positions are a real puzzle. I wouldn't know where to start with picking a team now tbh.

Palmer played terribly - he over kicks every pass.

Credit to Kyle Walker for his long throw that contributed to England's first goal.

Great player, would probably beat anyone in the current team in a sprint, even at his age.

Palmer was far better than Saka I'm afraid.

One of the CBs is suspended for the next match.

That’s what it’s come to. Kyle is great because he runs fast biglaugh

It’s all England fans have to cheer about

Difference between Spains left side and England's is painful. What having a fit left-footed left back does for you

Not according to the ratings I’m seeing (and my view) . He had little impact. Saka wasn’t sparkling either but Palmer no better. Gave the ball away a lot.

I watch as I DO know about football and enjoy watching.
Just because I disagree that these are world class players doesn't make my opinion any less than yours. Engage in debate - prove me why tonights performance shows they are world class? Engage, don't just berate someone who doesn't share your POV

Palmer was great as was Eze and Toney. We need some height and strength in the team as we have been so poor in the air, seemed to improve with those on.

What is can't fathom, is England are STILL favourites for the tournament.

Both are woeful and there is a clue in his surname - needs to be sacked off.

Not sure why they are favourites, but the draw is open for you. Should be a pretty easy tournament but you’re making it look as hard as possible.
