If we can win the group playing like this, just imagine how good we will be when we play well!

Harry Kane ‘we were much better. Played with a lot more energy’

No. No you didn’t.

Who are we likely to face next?

Jeez, Southgate cannot be happy with his players. They’ve left him down once again.
Such poor individual skill levels. Inaccurate passing, poor set piece, nobody holding the ball up.

None of that is about coaching, formation or tactics. That's down to the individuals.
Yet they all played fantastic for other managers this season....

Much, much better in the second half.

Hard to play against a team that had zero ambition but we started to look like a team that is starting to get up off the floor and believe in their own ability.

Did he just say the aim was to control our own destiny? We didn’t, we relied on Denmark not getting a goal?! Jeez.

Lol Kane saying we had more energy, flat as plate of piss would be a better description.

Did I hear him right?
"Just lacking that final touch."
Is that not his role?

"These games are tough", definitely tough to watch

Some players appear to be guaranteed game time. I can't see any other reason why changes wouldn't be made when it's so obvious to anyone watching.

Doesn't a final touch require actual chance creation ?

Perhaps we should start
Mainoo, Gordon, Trent at RB (Walker at LB) and palmer. The last five were better than the rest.
Fully agree. There’s two other changes to be made at the front as well. Bellingham and Harry Lame need dropping until they can earn their place back from the bench.

Umm, admittedly I know nothing about football, but surely the mark of a winning team is they can beat any tactics? Using that as an excuse is surely lame?

"Not easy when you have a target on your back to beat you."

WTF do you think the opposition are trying to do. Bizarre.
