I've got a nightshift on Sunday, I won't be watching England beforehand in case I don't bloody wake up for work

Absolute dross from England.

And, to be fair, an organisational & defensive masterclass from Slovenia. Oblak didn’t even have much to do.

Jeez, Southgate cannot be happy with his players. They’ve left him down once again.
Such poor individual skill levels. Inaccurate passing, poor set piece, nobody holding the ball up.

None of that is about coaching, formation or tactics. That's down to the individuals.

Jude Bellingham's first half stats:

0/2 duels won
Joint-most unsuccessful touches on the pitch
Zero shots
Zero chances created
Zero aerial duels won
Zero tackles
Zero interceptions
Zero successful dribbles
Yeah but Trent...
Having watched him live the lad is without doubt a generational talent, but he’s had a massively long pressurised season for a player his age that’s likely taken its toll. Should have been hooked at half time for sure.
He should have rested him from the start. We were through, mix it up and rest those we're probably relying on later in the tournament
That wasn’t my point, but either way he’s never doing that,he doesn’t even do that in friendlies.

Perhaps we should start
Mainoo, Gordon, Trent at RB (Walker at LB) and palmer. The last five were better than the rest.

Good grief.

Benches Trent for Gallagher. Takes him off for Mainoo. Brings Trent on anyway.

Woeful. 2 goals in 270 minutes of open play. As ever Southgate makes changes far far too late to have any sort of impact.

Kane says that was our best game?

Are they given set quotes they're allowed to say in the post game interviews..

I've seen posters up advertsing men's walking football down at the local leisure centre. I think that's what England were playing for the last 25 mins there?
