No such thing as an easy fixture now, especially for us.

It would be interesting to see what we all predict and then what happens. Personally I think all 5 are winnable, Liverpool and Brighton will both have new managers so that could go for or against them. However. The flip is that all 5 are easily to lose too.

I’ll guess as follows:

Fulham (H) 2-0 win
Brighton (A) 1-1 draw
Liverpool (H) 0-0 draw
Southampton (A) 0-1 defeat
Palace (A) 0-2 defeat

That would put massive pressure on Ten Hag. You probably need 10 points from that lot, 7 at a minimum

My guess

Brighton 3-1 win
Liverpool 2-1 defeat
Southampton 3-0 win
Palace 2-2 draw

10 points no problem

No, because I made 5 detailed predictions. If they’re a load of bks, then they’re a load of bks and you can pass whatever type or style of comment you like.

With all this coming out yesterday about Todibo and United not being allowed to buy him as we're both in the Europa (a bks rule if you ask me), why can't we just take him on loan this season and buy him next year? Or would the same rule apply?

Seems like it's been ok for City to do it and Red Bull but now soon as United are part of a football group, there's a new rule brought in rolleyes

That Savio one for City is bizarre.

Signed by Troyes (Lique2) in France for their record fee. Loaned out straight away to PSV for a season. Then loaned to Girona for a season, and now to be sold to City group.

Troyes never saw him play, and now relegated from Ligue 2.

Yep, just another one of City's loopholes them seem to get through. Funny how this rule has just come in now United are multi owned though isn't it.

I'm actually glad that Mainoo didn't come on last night and risk an injury on that horrendous pitch!

Yeah, it was poor. I'm relieved I'm not alone it not wanting any of our players involved this summer - they all need a break and a recharge. Especially Mainoo and Shaw - really don't want them injured or southgated.

Bland managerialism in a waistcoat?

I was thinking 'getting on the pitch minutes before being made to take crucial penalties & getting hung out to dry in the press ' as a definition, but bland managerialism in a waistcoat also fits.

He’s at it again! Another Dutch player:

“Manchester United are preparing to trigger the £33.8m release clause in the contract of Bologna's 23-year-old Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee.”

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manches...

I suppose he’s of the right age and price range though.

We're after Dutch coaching staff too smile...think this one will be ok though.

Ruuuuud is in talks with us about coming back. If our strikers can't learn from him then god help us. Good move for all if it happens I think.
