I have been told by a doctor these were his words.

It’s only fractured not broken so it’s not that bad.

Then your understanding of what fractured means is wrong.

Broken bone is the layman's term for a fracture. I don't know what you think it means.

All I know Dr Frog is a fracture generally heals quicker than a break

I will say this very slowly for you then.

A fracture is a break, there is no difference!

I'm not a doctor but there are several in my family.

According to Silva there is a possibility that Gomez might play agin this season, certainly not as bad as first thought. Great news for Andre

Hopefully, in the meantime we have the small little task of trying to avoid getting shafted AGAIN by VAR Saturday and winning at Saints.

If we don't win Silva's got to be gone hasn't he?

Who on earth would replace him?

So much for a long term plan!

I think we'd be mad not to approach Jose, not a long term solution as you know it'll go sour after 2 seasons laugh

Erik Ten Hag would be interesting, although I doubt he'd come to us. Chris Wilder would be a great choice, I mentioned him a while back, but I doubt he'd do anything until the summer. Much as it pains me, Rafa would be a good appointment and I've seen Marcelino from Valencia linked, but I know very little about him

I think he will get away with a draw , but will need to beat Norwich who are up after them ,
i think they are going to give him as much time as possible considering we dont have any likely candidates to replace him , but yes there comes a time when the board say sorry enough is enough

Winners! Davies has been great again, but it sounded like we should have finished them off in the first half.

So hope we get to sing the blues tomorrow smile

people seem to forget all the VAR injustice that has screwed out Everton of at least 5 points or more, in an already stty season with crap perforrmances we should be far higher up the table. Consistency is what is hurting Everton, they do need to put Norwich to the sword and continue this momentum of sorts - not having Gomez is a big blow however, but its good to see Gordon on the bench, cant be far off a first team appearance.

Anyone else watched the Howard's Way film?

It's bloody brilliant. The story of the 85 team, the sound track and the social history.

Just sad that they spoil the ending with what should have been our beginning.

Worth a watch.
