i fking loathe mine-should have spent the €25k on cars/boats,whiskey and women.much prefer the sea anyway must have been a mad momment.that is all-enjoy the sun,28 here today and supposed to be 35 tomorrow.woohoo!!!!

I love my pool! It was the first thing we reformed before starting on the house.
I hate the beach. Packed with idiots. Cover yourself in suncream, then the wind blows and you look like a bloody KFC!
Sit in my garden in the shade next to the pool, icemaker nearby with a fridge full of beer, no pissing in the bushes, BBQ, peace and quiet. What's not to love?
The dog loves it too!

The only tit around the pool is me.
Mines 4 x 10 x 1.5, so you see, hardly any work. just a hoover out now and then, and a tablet in the skimmer every two or three days.
Plenty big enough for laps, and deep enough to dive in.
You shouldn't have dug such a big hole.

+1, can't beat it, mine is 11x5x2 sometimes we have trouble in the middle of summer as for some reason the pool temp last year was up to 38, which isn't so nice at the moment it is 22c and that has suddenly leapt up from 14c 2 weeks ago.
