note to self-promise not to rant, its not good for me!!
right......ffs how fking much, just done the cambelt, aux belt and pas belt on my 4x4 diesel slag...€95 for the cambelt and €40 for the other 2.never ceases to amaze me how a gates belt can be over 100% more expensive here.brake pads and filters and other normal consumables all seem a rip off too.
whilst i was at the parts place i did have a little wise old chuckle when a few local lads decided against an oil filter for their '98 ibiza and bought a chrome aerial and washer jet covers-when i got outside they were in the street fitting their new tat,it was chuck up yellow with some stunning tribal stickers and 2 tyres that were smoother than nigel havers-talk about priorities.

I normally use http://www.oscaro.es probably not the cheapest place in the world, but fairly efficient and delivery was no problem.
