ok,here goes with mine- n325 between aspe and crevellent, about 13kms of the finest surfaced fast twisties i have come accross in spain.also n623 between burgos and santander is great fun if you are late for the ferry!cheers.
When I lived near Marbella I used to like riding the mountain road from San Pedro de Alcantara up the twisties to Ronda, always lots of like minded people on that road.Kneetrembler said:

Now I'm in Mallorca, I like this one, but the recent cycling craze has made it impossible to enjoy.

I would second that, but its even better if you take the 355 from Marbella to coin and from there across to Ronda returning down to San pedro. Galicia, the interior road (not the coast road) from Muros through Paxareiras, Negreira to Santiago. Up up up the mountain, lovely smooth wide tarmac with lots of twisties with nice camber! and none of those bloody Lycra Louts huffing and puffing up the hills two abreast, or in groups of a hundred!
here's a pic from the top.

Heading to Spain in 3 weeks with my Tuscan so cant wait to try out some of the roads.
First one looks like n623 thanks to Cabbron.
Then down to Toledo before heading over to Alicante
Then later heading up to San Sebastion before on to Santander
Any road advise more than welcome.
Road from Avila to Toledo is great ( the early bit)First one looks like n623 thanks to Cabbron.

Best driving road in Spain is - without doubt in my opinion, the EX 118 from Guadalupe to Navalmoral de la Mata.
Other great drive is Talavera de la Reina to Avila and the run from Navalmoral to Jarandilla de la Vera is good too
Got quite a few others but I think I'll keep them up my sleeve.....

The decent roads in Spain are up in the Picos de Europe, the Pyrenees, Galicia, Extramadura, the road into the mountains around Ronda and across the backwoods, but certainly not Castilla la Mancha and I drive these roads regularly for over 20 years............another really good road is through Despenaperros which is probably one of the great ones in the middle of Spain for a short burst through the twisties.
