Sky tv in Majorca

Please forgive me if this topic has been discussed elsewhere.
I have recently started as manager of a big private estate here in Majorca and the owner wants Sky tv.
We’ve had a satellite dish installed, now we apparently need a box and a decoder?
I’m totally ignorant of all this, how do I go about this please? Any help greatly appreciated.

Spanish Sky or UK Sky?

Where will the Sky Tv be watched? I am assuming in a club house kind of thing for sport etc. Even in the UK you need a specific public broadcast type sky for that as a business feed

Sky will be watched only by the owner of the property in his study.
