Bilbao area - Car inspection/collection/purchasing service

I am interested in a car for sale but its the other side of the country to me.

As such, I wondered if anyone can recommend a company that can do an inspection and/or a service whereby they can complete the paperwork (with payment sent to the seller) and arrange transportation across Spain?

Alternatively, if any PHers are in the area (car is in fact in Donostia-San Sebastian) that might be happy to inspect the car for me to give it the green light, I can do the 8 hour or so trip up there to pay, collect and drive it home.
