Phone contracts and broadband

Moving out next week and looking for advice on Internet providers and mobile phone contracts. Wife will be there full time and I will be commuting. Wanted to know the best mobile deals for Costa calida and also a phone contract that is cheap for her to call uk and Spainish numbers. Any advice welcome.
