It seems the sale has fallen through on the semi derelict villa....

It was on the books of an agent previously who appears to no longer be there, or at least his web presence has gone.

I'd like to find and agent with a strong web presence for Spanish property, perhaps someone that has a track record of marketing property across europe.

Any reccomendations?

Plus another question if I may, do they auction property in Spain?

There is an agent in Javea called ( Houses no joke ) who has been trading for years, but dont know far their web stretches, hope this is a help.
