Hi

I have a near derelict villa a couple of miles from Calpe, I could do with someone keeping an eye on it.

Anyone near to Calpe/La Fustera?

I'm quite happy to provide some beer/rioja tokens!

Thanks.

How long do you need a babysitter for it?

I'm not sure I want a baby sitter as such, just someone to stop by and check its still in one piece not levelled or got squatters in or come to some other unfortunate fate!

There must be a need out there for mobile visiting caretaker types?

We're trying to sell, I think the deal is about to fall through and I have little hope of selling otherwise, hence the need to have someone keep an eye on it.

It seems more of a liability than an asset.
