Bin Men.

Over the last few months, I've notice a lot of folks going through stuff in the big wheelie trash bins around here.
One Guy even does regular rounds in his car.
Anyone else noticed it where they live?
Another sign things are getting tight me thinks.

thought for a minute you had bin collection over there on the posh isles heaven forbid.yes i have noticed this,i had a lovely meal from my local bin last nite,fish bones(theres always stinking fish bones).seriously it happens all the time here.

Before we left Ibiza we had the same thing everyday, different vans would turn up and then go through the bins, they seemed to have a set of rounds they would do.

They always said that if you needed to live out of Bins go and live in Nice,Cannes years ago, so I guess it's catching.

We had a crew apartment in Miami beach years ago, and we looked down from our rooftop terrace and saw a tramp going through the bins behind one of the restaurants.
There where 8 of us, and we'd just had pizza's delivered, and had some left over.
So one of the Lads decided to go down and offer it to him. He opened the box, looked at the pizza with disdain, and tossed it in the skip!
He was obviously after the lobster thermidore!

its been going on here in Valencia since I got here last March.

I assumed it was the norm??
