When you say baby seat what class do you mean? A rear facing baby seat won't fit (at least not a maxi cosi jobbie). The one they recommend forward facing is a recaro youngsport but ironically it's not an isofix one. Also my lad (18 mths) does not really fit cos his legs stick out so the passenger seat won't fold back. Check out the lotus forums where there are some pics of kids in the car. I think say 2 to 10 yr olds or similar would fit well possibly using a booster seat if needed.
I'm no baby seat expert , and the back seats 'look' like it will be tight . All being well a new edition will be joining the family and will need to use the car from the start. From what you are saying this isnt possible until 2 ish ? I tried to find images on the forums but failed so far.
You may be able to use a rear facing seat in the front pax seat ONLY if you can disable the air bag (I would be surprised if you couldn't).
No way will a group0 seat fit in the back... you may be lucky if you have the pax seat all the way and tilted forward but not gonna be fun for a passenger so might as well stick junior on the pax seat.
Group 1 (9months-4 years) are tight... You can get one in but again it's very cramped. As above, I decided that my 2 year old couldn't fit properly as their legs stick out rather than bend at the knee.
Also, couldn't get 2 group 1 seats in together.
Group 2 (4years+/15kgs+) with the head support would be better but you don't really get isofix for these as they use the cars belts. They are considerably lighter and smaller so should help things alot.
Group 3 (Booster cushion) would be fine
To be honest, group 2 and 3 are the sweet spot... any bigger and then you have the same problems as an adult and any smaller the seat requirements are too big.
One thing to consider is that if you're using them regularly rather than one off trips I would be a bit cagey as access to the rear in the event of an emergency isn't great (as with any 2+2).
