on the list and invoice price, no - the trade in terms however were good.

Yep, the first round of demonstrators which are now on 'old' plates, have been sold on as dealers get new cars on current plates. If you can find one that hasn't sold yet, you might get a good deal. Lotus do not control what dealers ask for stock they're passing on, so it's up to the specific dealer as to the price.
