Cruise only costs a couple of hundred quid to retrofit. I wouldn't worry about reverse camera, most don't have it and should not make it more difficult to sell. They're not easy cars to sell. It's a narrow market with limited supply - however they hold their prices well, it's just about finding the right buyer.
Many disagree, but I'd personally look for 2+2 and Sport/Tech as minimum. If you can get premium, even better although it's fairly rare and not essential. Even if you don't use the rear seats, a few people buy them as you can fit your kids in the back if needed, so it's a small perk.
