Black Pack With Body Colour Roof?
Discussion
I can’t personally think of any 400s which have a ‘half black pack’.
However, there are a few of the original Evoras where the owners have only done the sills and mirrors. If you Plough through this thread, you’ll find plenty of Evora variations:

Sail panel
Ironically, that is the aftermarket name for the part. Lotus themselves call it a ‘Ventilation Panel, engine bay’ (part no 2):https://www.deroure.com/diagrams.asp?TBL=6695&...

Yes (to all). The ‘410/430’ tailgate can be fitted to any generation Evora. From Lotus, it will cost you £5k+. The aftermarket (GRP) version is £1.5k.
(FWIW, I’ve got one fitted to my 2012 Evora S).
That (grp) engine cover is €599 http://komo-tec.com/Shop/Evora-400/Exterieur/GFK-M...

That is just the louvres (to replace the glass). Here is the aftermarket ducktail bootlid: http://www.elise-shop.com/evora-410-ducktail-tailg...
