Hi

posted a thread a month ago about spinning the Evora at a roundabout. At the time I put it down to poor driving, wet bumpy roundabout and tyres with no rear grip.

However, even with new rears on (the last ones were worn out at 7500 miles) the car was still not as confidence inspiring as I remember it. I put it down to the cold weather stopping me get any heat in the tyres. However on one thread it talks about the FARB bushes wearing out. My FARB has had an annoying squeek for months so I asked Silverstone to look at the bushes when it was in last. They have changed the bushes, the squeek has gone and the car is a lot more positive. At hight speed it has stopped the sligth wandering in fast corners and the turn in to low speed corners is a lot more confidence inspiring. So much so that even on cold roads last night I was happy to push on and get the tail out.

At the same time I also put some diamond cut alloys on (still 18 /19 setup). The are silver matt finish and on a black car they look epic! I think there is some weight saving as when I first put them on the car did feel more reactive althought that could be 'in my mind'.

cheers
