2010 Evora NA. I'm very, very pleased. I've owned numerous Elise variants over the years, but this is a proper grown up Lotus!
It's going to be my daily driver, replacing my Mk2 Focus RS which was a fantastic car and will be missed. As good as the Focus was though, 5 minutes behind the wheel of the Evora is enough to know it's on another level as a drivers car. I don't think I've ever been as impressed with a car as I was with the Evora when I test drove it.

I too had a MK2 RS Focus, as a daily driver, which to some extent blunted the experience, but I totally agree that the Evora is on another level.
The Focus does have to be about the best combination of everyday useability/performance for your money though...including unburstable reliability and cheap servicing.

I wouldn't disagree with any of that. The Focus RS was the best car I've ever owned and is a tough act to follow. The Focus does have to be about the best combination of everyday useability/performance for your money though...including unburstable reliability and cheap servicing.
No doubt about it though, the Evora just feels a lot more special.

.......and the interior ripped out whilst I upgrade the ICE...

The standard 'non Tech Pack' unit does look a bit Halfords bargain basement for such an up-market car, . C43
Just be thankful that the fleet buyer at it's original owner was at least persuaded to tick the Sports Pack box on the order form, .
