2010 Evora NA. I'm very, very pleased. I've owned numerous Elise variants over the years, but this is a proper grown up Lotus!

It's going to be my daily driver, replacing my Mk2 Focus RS which was a fantastic car and will be missed. As good as the Focus was though, 5 minutes behind the wheel of the Evora is enough to know it's on another level as a drivers car. I don't think I've ever been as impressed with a car as I was with the Evora when I test drove it.

Congratulations!

Had my 2010 NA for 10 months and 7,000 miles. Great cars. Still miss my 111R but the Evora is a brilliant grown up Lotus. Hardly ever see another one, and they are just incredible on a bendy A road.

Hope you enjoy it.

I too had a MK2 RS Focus, as a daily driver, which to some extent blunted the experience, but I totally agree that the Evora is on another level.
The Focus does have to be about the best combination of everyday useability/performance for your money though...including unburstable reliability and cheap servicing.

Stunning car, if I could own any current two seater sports cars it would be an Evora....in Silver....with black wheels. One day I will have one!

I wouldn't disagree with any of that. The Focus RS was the best car I've ever owned and is a tough act to follow.

No doubt about it though, the Evora just feels a lot more special.

And that's the 'magic' bit isn't it? I got a Boxster too and it feels no more special than most other cars. The Evora always feels very special though.

wish you lot would stop going on about how special the Evora feels, mine has got a rock through the windscreen and the interior ripped out whilst I upgrade the ICE...bugger.

The standard 'non Tech Pack' unit does look a bit Halfords bargain basement for such an up-market car, frown .

Just be thankful that the fleet buyer at it's original owner was at least persuaded to tick the Sports Pack box on the order form, rolleyesbiggrin .
