FLSH, two brand new tyres on back just put on before I sold it to them! Ex management Lotus car, bought by me with 3500 on clock, never been tracked by me, 90% motorway miles driving 60 mile round trip each day by me, full wax and polish after every weekly hand wash and dry. No issues other than a traction control sensor once, put right under warranty and a few software flashes to update it if and when engine spanner light came on. I absolutely loved that car, hence my PH user name, but it had to be Sold as a baby came along and I wasn't using it, plus needed the equity out of the car to fund a year off work for mrs. JCT offer excellent customer service and will deal with any faults promptly. I have bought a number of cars off them over the years, inc this car. I can't believe they ended up selling at £31,995, probably much less...it started off at £34,995, then £33,995. There can't have been much of a margin in it for them based on what they gave me...mind you, it was in mint nick, so they'd have had no prep costs at all, except the warranty. I can't believe it sat on their forecourt since April and didn't sell sooner though.
Hope you enjoy it, glad it's going to an enthusiast! Be prepared for lots of attention and people taking pics of you.

Hi Boggy
Good luck with the car it looks great .
Did you have a look at any of the other ones there ?
I am thinking of having a look at the Silver or Orange one but Leeds is a long way from Essex !
Look forward to hearing your reports once you have collected it .

I looked at the burnt orange one if that's the one you were referring to. It needs a front end respray, it has one big chip out the front bumper and several small ones. The gear change wasn't right making smooth gear changes impossible. they did say the gear change would be fixed under warranty and the front end could be repaired to look like new. All that prep though would then leave little to knock off the asking price. The car itself is well specced and the burnt orange looks fantastic, I really liked it and didn't expect to!! Didn't pay close attention to the silver ones as didn't really want silver but from what I recall the condition of them looked fine. The Burnt orange has close ratio box and lotus sport exhaust and de-cat so sounded well. Good luck with the car it looks great .

I'll never understand dealers who do that. You want to sell a £30k+ car and present it with poor bodywork and a mechanical issue???On the flipside, at least you know why it was ultimately resprayed. If you saw some obviously fresh paint, would you think stonechips or crash damage?
I visited JCT600 yesterday. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a flying visit as I was travelling between business meetings, so I could only give the cars on view a quick once over rather than the full prospective purchaser examination under a microscope. I was particularly interested in the Burnt Orange one, but I didn't notice the front bumper chips so either they aren't too obvious to a cursory glance or they've been fixed already.
Silver is not on my radar at the moment (I've had too many silver cars in the past and I'm trying to show some imagination in the colours department) so I didn't pay them much attention - sorry.
Boggy - your new car is ace! That was the one that I was particularly keen to see but as Leeds is a 500 mile round trip for me, I had to wait until I was there anyway, by which time you'd beaten me to it, you, you, you.............................................................................. lucky guy you!
The Ice White S they had was amazing, but sadly for me it too is now sold. That was the first time I'd seen that colour (I know - white isn't a colour) in the flesh. It is now definitely on my short list but I take it that it's a bit of a rarity?
The search for the one that ticks all my boxes continues although Woza's ex is up there at #1 for now at least.
