Crackling noise

Hi ive had my S for 14 mths now and when your going at a good speed im getting a crackling noise coming from the sub woofers even with the radio off .its been back to jct leeds and seen too but to no avail . Any ideas much appreciated.(still under warrenty)

Are you definitely sure it's coming from the subwoofer?
Just check the slim slither of seal at the top of 'A' panel finisher on the outside of the car. Sometimes it comes out at speed and makes the sound you're describing, but when stationary it looks flush to the roof.
