any idea if they are off another car.?

anyone had one in bits.?

drivers side seems a little wobbly.

Not sure where it comes from (the power-fold mirror switches are Ford, mirrors might be too but don't know which model).

You can buy the of the mirror individually from Lotus though and as it's a current model the pricing isn't bad if you know which part is the problem. Most expensive bit is about £40.

It's an X/S-type mirror. Moving it backwards and forwards should tighten it up. Failing that it's pretty easy to pull apart and have a look.

much appreciated.

tried to get the mirror glass off..(was told IT JUST POPS OFF) no joy(didnt want to bust it)

will have another go..

If you push the inside edge of the mirror glass as far is it goes the outer leading edge will protrude enough for you to get a grip of it. You then need to pull the glass towards you and out. Just reverse the process to get it back in.

Once the glass is out you'll see a screw that tightens the clamp around the rotator. Hopefully adjusting that should solve your problem.
