After originally paying a deposit and waiting over a year for an Alfa 4c, then to be told it wouldn't be before 2014 at the earliest mad it was time to start looking for another option.

After trawling the motoring network and thinking a Lotus Exige could be the one for me I then had a light bulb moment idea after a night out on the Tizer.....the Evora lick

After driving a supercharged Evora at JCT600 and checking out p/h debating whether n/a or a s, a post by LogicSnap caught my eye. A trip to Silverlink Specialist Cars was all that it needed cool

My specifications were either canyon red or burnt orange, Paul the owner of Silverlink politely told me the canyon red was an old man's colour eek so it was burnt orange only then (thanks Woza for the inspiration) I was told it was a big ask but they would see what they could do! Two days later phone found you one! biggrin

Today I picked up this

I can't thank the guys at Silverlink enough, the whole team Paul, Chris, Iain, Shane & Carl have been fantastic, excellent communication throughout and such a friendly bunch clap

That is gorgeous. I think orange works very well on the Evora. Congratulations and it will be good to hear you thoughts on it after some use as I want one as my next car.

Nice. I have a yellow one. Why did you not buy from JCT?

JCT were only getting in cars direct from the factory....ex director cars, my colour choice was very specific, no burnt orange cars available now or in the near future, Silverlink went the extra mile to source me a car through the trader/dealer network, the car came from the Midlands.

Cheers Woza, love it already cool

It's a n/a +2 sports, I have had the classic wheels painted stealth grey & installed a Kenwood Audio/Navigation system with a reverse camera rotate

To the OP, glad I helped out in your choice of an Evora! Must admit the orange is probably my fave colour but couldnt find one when I was looking and, if I'm honest Orange would have probably brought me too much unwanted attention where i live in London so went for my 2nd choice of Alpine White - stunning car though, well played!

You say it's hard to find an Orange one but there's several on PH classifieds or am I missing something?
