Really impressed with the sound of the 2012 evora, proper sports car sound
Had a quick drive of it last night as things were winding down and it sounds awesome at full chat, the old exhaust system was a bit lacking but now it really sings!Driven the regular IPS and an S before, but that S IPS is a real license loser. So easy to think you're a gear lower than you are and gathering silly speed.
New Premium Sport seats are incredibly comfortable too and the new leather feels superb, you could cross continents in that car with ease.

they have closed the gap with porsche with that car ... was deeply impressed have to admit.... Driven the regular IPS and an S before, but that S IPS is a real license loser. So easy to think you're a gear lower than you are and gathering silly speed.

The S IPS is a massive step forwards in my book, you can tell as soon as you sit in it the interior is much nicer.
I started it up and thought the engine sounded great, very free reving and crisp, love it. Does not have the low revving burble of a V8 but I am not sure I want a Lotus to sound like a 60's sports car.

Liking the color spectrum paint whatever u call it. REALLY love the british color racing stripes on the white one. stripes like that don't look good on many cars, has to be done right. Love this one!! Although when I get mine I have my own idea of where I'm going to place mine. Similar to the 96 special edition corvette with the 2 red tribal marks running horizontally over the front driver hood to wheel well.

Ok, to be truthful here, I'm finding the IPS to be ok, not brilliant, but ok. Its a good car, but the gearbox is less sophisticated than the one I had in my FTO Mivec from 1995 and power ratio to delivery could be better.I started it up and thought the engine sounded great, very free reving and crisp, love it. I like it, but its not blowing me away at this point.

Has it had a software update recently? Well worth doing, the calibrations are getting better and betterI like it, but its not blowing me away at this point.
