Speaking of red Evoras, had a look see at a Lotus dealership near my OH's job and they had a black one, a red one and a off white (pearl?) one. I have to say the black one didnt do it for me, very bland and didnt capture the lines that well. The red one made it look far more expensive and exclusive than it is, but if I had my pick (and I will one day ) I would go with the white one. It looked very elegant, delicate yet sleeper-esque. It looked rich, if you know what I mean. I pictured it perfectly in my mind with what I would do to it to make it more personable, more a product of my taste, which included smoking the lights, but not too dark, just enough to where it contrasts with the white very subtle, subtle enough where you can identify something is different from stock but may not be able to point it out right away. Lightly tinted windows, and of course have some fund with carbon fiber addons. i.e. replacing any black trim on the outside with carbon fiber.
Murray's in Edinburgh also has a red one for sale if you are interested and the one in Lotus Silverstone is not to your spec liking:
