Hi,

looking for someone who wears +.125 daily disposable contact lenses who would be happy to sell me a couple for an experiment.

I wear reading glasses of that prescription and when my wife was having a consultation for laser surgery yesterday I got talking to the surgeon who said I could try wearing one lens to see if I can get on with it. Apparently most people are ok with blended vision so wanted to try it without buying a load of contacts.

Thanks

Roger

Specsavers do a free 5 day trial for contacts, you have to go back and be checked on the 5th pair, but you are not obliged to buy any.

Thanks Carrot, I did try some +2 glasses today and they were a bit strong so I'll try and get some +.125.

I will try the specsavers trial, thanks all for help.

Wouldn't it be +1.25?
I'm sure the prescriptions jump in .25 steps, and .125 would be only a very slight correction.

i have loads of +1.25s i ordered in error. I myself am -1.25! They are fortnightly Acuvue Advance. Each night you take them out and put them in a little container in a solution would these be any good for you?

thanks for the reply. I will try the free ones first to see if I get on with the blended vision and if it's ok I'll pm you.
