Do I have non-vomitting bulimia?
Discussion
Ive been trying to stick to a diet, after chrimbo I was 18 stone, I'm now down to 17 stone. Ideally I could do with being about 16 stone.
My diet plan is a measured amount of muesli for breakfast, I bring to work one large carrot, one apple, one orange and a box of mixed chopped up salad and fish. Then my dinner.
No snacks, chocolate, sweets, chips, burgers, kebabs, takeaways, peanuts etc is the plan.
Every so often I lose the will to maintain the above and have a binge, today was a good example, my apple was all bruised and no good, so I went to the vending machine and got a bag of crisps and a snickers, then a boost, then a kit kat chunky.
This behaviour happens for about 4 consecutive days, about once a month.
Is this non-vomitting bulimia?

It's called having no willpower.
You know when you're at work and you feel like having a w
k over the pretty girl on reception? You don't do it, do you?
Apply the same to food.
Oh, I don't know. The last 14 places I worked in the last year, she didn't mind. She didn't mind the handcuffs or gaffer tape either. You know when you're at work and you feel like having a w

you can eat what the hell you want if you exersize the calories off.
I'd suggest that unless you are one of a very select group of people with truly wildfire metabolism (like my old man but not like me
), that really isn't the case. How much exercise do you think you'd need to compensate for the 5k burger?ClintonB said:
