Inman Aligner - Torn between Orthodontists!

Have been after one of these bad boys for a while but never got round to doing it. I think I know everything I need to, and I've since between to three practices offering this treatment.
The first one I have ruled out, but I'm torn between the other two. I appreciate the moulds and braces are made at the same place in London, so its really just the aftercare I'm thinking about.
Practice number two appears to be a self owned practice, a converted terrace house, clean, but rather dated looking and a bit antiquated, but has a relatively new Bentley Conti GT Speed Convertible parked outside and pictures of all the celebrities they have treated.
Practice number three is a shared beauty salon (so to speak, bo-tox and the likes), is much more trendy and much bigger. Now none of this really matters, as its simply cosmetics - one has spent a lot on decorating, the other hasn't.
Both treatments cost the same, but the gentlemen in practice number two I thought was just after my money. He was polite, its just the verb I got off him. He had a few 16 year old apprentices working there, probably for buttons.
The third practice on the other hand, the male dentist was very calm, polite and told me the pro's and the con's - he was very informative. The only difference in aftercare is he wants to see my every 4 weeks as opposed to practice two which is every 2 weeks. Other than that, they both offered the same as far as I could tell.
Ultimately its my decision and only I can answer which I prefer, but im just looking for words of wisdom and advice - incase im missing something.

I had major orthodontic work done a few years back and so far my teeth have remained where they were put. You do need to persevere after the braces come off with the retainers otherwise they will slip again.
Also if you have crowded teeth then they are likely to move again anyway with the pressure. My wisdom teeth were the cause of a lot of my alignment issues but I had them out before I started the ortho bit.

Yeah they told me about the sanding, the thing that has confused me is one dentist says it will need doing every 2 weeks, the other every 4 weeks..

I found the more the better, they only move till they bump into each other...sanding gives them space (also - after i had mine done i heard lots of people were scared on the sanding.....i was surprised as it is so minor, no jabs - they just rub some sand paper in your teeth. About as scary as brushing them in the morning!Where is PeterPeter when you need him.
You have to have a good relationship with your dentist- it will pay dividends in the end, the appointments will be easier for a start!
If the price is the same and the results will be the same then I would go with the chap you get on with best.
I would put up with someone I didn't get on with only if his results were so much better than anyone elses!
