What is wrong with me?

Basically I have been in bed now for 2 days feeling pretty ill.
It started of with severe stomach pains which lasted for 24 hours. These pains are still there but no where near as bad. Since this morning I have been feeling sick every now & then but not actually been sick. I also have a really bad headache & feel extremely dizzy at times, almost asif I am drunk.

I did have a scare a few months back with suspected appendicitis which turned out not to be.
The stomach pains are very simular as then & I am hoping & praying it's not that due to flying back home on Thursday & do not want to be stuck here at all.

Could it be the start of Flu or anyone else had the same symptoms?

Lot of this going round, my OH complaining of stabbing pains (in her stomach, badum-tissh etc) last night, neither of us have been right since early Dec, this virus even resists the usual failsafe amoxicyllin fix. She seems better today if that's any comfort. Whenever I feel rough like this I try to flush it out by multiplying the daily fluid intake by a factor of three or four.

Cheers guy's, Plenty of water being drunk but this just makes me feel sick.

All the symptoms point towards appendicitis, although I/they thought that the last time.

Amoxicillin is an antibiotic. Antibiotics are ineffective against viruses.

..and as long as you're hydrated extra water will make no difference whatsoever to the severity or length of your symptoms.

Sounds like exactly what I had last week, but it only lasted a couple of days. I'm sure it's just a virus.

There is always the small chance that it might be something worse though, like an AIDS. Best to get checked out.

They put it down to a "virus" because all checks came back normal.

I am fealing alot better today.
