Any Shoulder Specialists/Physios/Surgeons In?

Right, back in 2001 i was involved in an injured during service with the army, after being MD'd a few years later due to complications from this injury once i was settled in civvy street i was sent straight to my local Hospital for treatment, this culminated in surgery in 2007 with a Capsular Shift Procedure. following that there have been a catalouge of errors on the part of the NHS which has led to the shoulder deteriorating rapidly to the point i have been sent back to the specialist at lincoln hospital, he has informed me that i definitely need another arthroscopy to see whats going on and more than likely something called The Bristol procedure, my question to anybody in the know, what is this and what are the recovery times from it?
