feet problem help please
Discussion
Hi guys,
I suffer with low arches. Now everday walking etc causes me no problems at all but when i train (Step, Zumba, Body Combat, Walking but never running) my feet cause me so much pain I have to stop. The pain in akin to a stich or cramp in the middle third of my foot. It pretty much stops when i stop training but recently my feet have continued to ache for ages after.
I have no back problems and i have bed fitted for some Asics trainers which help but not alot. I just dont know what type of professional can help me.

ask your GP for a referral to a Physio or Orthotist
if you can't wait for either or are so inclined, pay.
A Flat Foot (collapsed medial arch of foot) or Pes Planus can be completely normal and pain free, but sometimes isn't
