Spec frames online?

Has anyone bought frames online and if so were you happy with the supplier and who were they?

Just looking at the options for the gf, she will buy the lenses locally from specsavers.

I got mine from iris spectacles, saved about £200 compared to high street. My sister in law recommended them, she gets her contacts from them. Did take about 10 days to arrive though as they didn't have the frames in stock.

Bought mine from Glasses Direct great service they send you 5 pairs to try before you buy free of charge. Pretty sure its owned by a fellow PHer.

Both Lord S and myself have had glasses from SelectSpecs. Bit of a wait for delivery but the prices and quality are good.
