I have been actively trying to lose weight since may, I now cycle over 100 miles a week, but this is my only exercise...
I lost some weight quite quickly, about 2 stone in 3 months, but now I feel I have levelled off and haven't dropped below 14.5st for a while. I have improved my diet which now consists of:
Muesli for breakfast
Soup for lunch
grilled meat, potatoes and boiled veg for dinner
normally eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day and drink 3-4 cups of tea.
Maybe drink less than once a week, on average once every ten days, normally it is beer though!
What am i doing wrong!

I had exactly the same about 4 months into my rowing regime - lost stack of weight at the start and was doing crazy distances but after 4 months I couldn't lose anymore.
Remember that as you get fitter your body becomes more efficient in general - e.g. you can now cycle Xkm per week using less calories than before. Also remember that all your exercising means that you will be building muscle mass esp in your legs which is heavier than fat and so will offset some of your overall weight loss. You will also have lost a lot of the 'easy' fat and it does unfortunately become harder to keep the weight loss going as you get fitter/lighter e.g. to lose 1kg when you are 100kg is only 1% but to lose the same 1kg when you are down to 85kg is 1.2% which doesn't sound like a big difference but it is.
The trick I found to 'kick start' my body again was to change my exercise routine - your body is now used to long hours of steady paced exercise and switches into autopilot so give it a shock and spend more time on interval training - e.g. lots of shorter faster sprints with a rest in between, harder middle distance work, etc. Keep your body guessing and you will start seeing good results again.

Are you doing a 20 mile round trip every day to work or a couple of long runs at the weekend ?
If it's 2 x 10 mile trips then it could also be duration. 10 miles is about 30 mins of exercise and although you may be be doing this twice a day may not be long enough.
For me I find my best fat burning occurs when I'm out riding at a decent pace for 2 hours. If this is not feasible due to the number of miles you're doing every week then try the interval thing suggested above.

My normal regime is 8 miles twice a day, commuting to work and then 30-40miles ride out on saturday.
I will try some intervals on my way into work, try and shock the body into loosing weight..
Wont be happening this week, with the stinking cold i have
Jeeps man, that's pretty good going if you're doing a weekend ride out as well.I will try some intervals on my way into work, try and shock the body into loosing weight..

Looking at your diet I'm at a loss.
Do you take sugar with your tea though? I have a really sweet tooth and usually have 2 heaped teaspoons of sugar. I've recently started using sweetners and this had helped.
Perhaps you're getting extremely efficient on the bike and need to break it up with a 5k run here and there. Just a thought.

I hate running unfortunately and am pretty rubbish at it.... I will try doing intervals on the commute and hunt out some more hills on the weekend ride!!
