Hi all. currently a member of an outdoor fitness boot camp and with the cold weather drawing in up here i just wondered what sort of clothing people wear/ recommend for training in the snow and rain as i'm still in my t shirt and shorts and it's getting a bit chilly!!!

Cheers

I use Nike DriFit leggings and long-sleeved t-shirts for winter training, perhaps with a light gillet over the top if it's particularly cold and I'm doing something other than running. Gloves and hat sometimes too, for example when running to work in the snow last winter.

^^^^^ i like this! But a lot of the training involves rolling around on the wet floor so really need at least a waterproof lightweight jacket type thing. DriFit stuff looks interesting though, and there's a Nike outlet store nearby so i may have a look at that so thanks!

Whatever pro footballers/amateur drama students wear to train, I'd wear.

Rolling around on the wet floor/winter/freezing I would rather be unfit, fat and happy.

That's why I like my exercise bicycle.
