Krill oil-anybody take it?

What are the opinions on Krill oil as a diet supplement and anti-oxidant?

I'm seeing very different pointers here,

paints a different picture as such.

And how do you confirm the krill oil isn't the "bad" stuff?

I just buy a massive tub from costco of the normal stuff. Krill oil is way to expensive. NHS do one called omacor I think that probably has less of the toxins.
