So I just woke up after my afternoon nap. All I ate yesterday was a steak bake. I just had a bowl of cereal. I read somewhere that eating sod all, then sleeping, then having breakfast resets your body clock to think that the time you eat after waking is your new standard morning time.

I only wanted an hours nap rolleyes

Sadly I think your fecked for the rest of the day as you wont get back to sleep now and to try and get to sleep at a sensible time tomorrow night you are looking at being up for about 20 hours straight.

Maybe its time to get those stupid little things done that you never have time to do. Your awake anyway?

If this is true then this is probably why I am so fecked on night shifts! I tend to eat the same meals as everyone else in my house does (Ie at REAL morning time have breakfast, during the night I don't eat.) so that I do not inconvienience them too much...

I was always told that eating at the right times is better for jetlag than sleeping, but i dont think it matters so much what you eat...

Don't have an afternoon nap.Make sure you eat before bed,the body needs it to recover/recharge during the night.

Get into a proper sleep routine. It's very unlikely you'll have reset your bodyclock so quickly.
