PRESSUPS ARE NOT A SIGN OF STRENGTH!

Its very possible you can do what you've stated BUT its likely your form is wk..

I'd love to see the videos of both tongue out I'm going to bet you don't go all the way down on both exercises.

I believe this definition for muscular endurance is more suited to your achievement.

"The ability of a muscle group to generate sub maximal force for extended periods".

However, 130. Good work.

I'd estimate I could do 40 in one go? I usually do 100 in 4 sets of 20 (1 min breaks) AFTER my gym session.

12st and 5'9"

Proper ones! straight neck, nose to the floor!

TBH I don't want to see him going down in a video, if it's all the same to you. biggrin

Seriously, though, I agree, it depends on the form.

Yep.Elbows in or out.Out uses chest more and is the technique most go for when attempting high reps.

Elbows in much harder and if you can do more than about 60 that's impressive.

Fists or flat hands? Slow with a pause at the top and bottom, or fast and bouncy? Doesn't matter how many you do if you are doing them incorrectly.

I'm sure it is, but it doesnt match my 2000 in one go followed by a 3 mile run at 25mph whilst juggling.

I do my planks inbetween for 20 seconds, that's what's confused me - that's my excuse anyway.
