I've been doing weights and resistance work for a couple of years but don't lift ridiculous amounts, in a Body Pump class a month or so ago we had to hold out two plates in front of us, one in each hand, I was using 5kg weights.
Ever since my elbow has been really painful on the back knobbly part itself, it's not bending that hurts but holding it down or out straight. If I really try to straighten it it kills and then a numbness radiates up my arm.
Even just having my arm hanging down when walking and standing hurts a little. Any ideas what I have done and what the treatment should be?
