...gone from a 38 inch waist to 32 inch waste in just 12 weeks. I've also dropped from a large shirt size to a small/medium over the same period. I never bother weighing myself but I'd hazard a guess that I've lost 2-3 stone.

Best bit though is I feel much healthier, I'm sleeping better and generally more confident.

No specific diet or anything but simple a decision to change my lifestyle.

Anyway, if you're thinking of embarking on such a lifestyle change I have just one piece of advice: be resolute. And if you have a bad day just see it as a bad day/week and don't let that one bit of backsliding make you want to give up.

Well done, I'm surprised at the drop in shirt size, it's been a long time since I'd fit into a small frown
Would have been interesting to know how much weight/ fat you lost.
