Supplement stack help
Discussion
I'm just odering another batch of supplements. Hoping to get a bit leaner but also pack a little more muscle on. I was thinking to help id stack an all in one (myprotein hurricane xs) with green tea extract and thermopure. Just wandered if anyone had any thoughts on Whether to stack all three or just take the all in one separate to the others.

Most people either cut (lose weight) or bulk rather than trying to do the same thing at once.I'd suggest if your training and diet is good you'll gain a minimal amount of muscle if you're cutting. Remember to cut you must either cut calories and/or work harder and both of those are not really conditions for muscle growth although you can grow a little if you're diet has enough protein in it. I just did a fairly low calorie diet mixed with lots of protein (see 60 day challenge).
I'd suggest if you want to cut calories you'll also benefit from a protein drink as well as the meal replacement.
I use a protein drink with my breakfast meal, then meal replacement for lunch, protein drink after training then tea (usually lean protein, low carb like something chicken/turkey based etc) followed by a protein drink before bed and snacking on good stuff in between like almonds/berries etc.
For my meal replacement I use the most highly recommended one which is Myoplex Lite.
And as for thermogenic's well if I was going to use one (which I don't at the moment) it would be EPH but you have to do your research before considering such things and EPH is on the hardcore end of them but I've used them in the past and got awesome results on a high protein diet. A lot of the other stuff on the market doesn't really do anything except cost you a decent amount of money.
